Hi, I’m Jessica Monroy, Registered Dietitian & Certified Personal trainer
My nutrition philosophy is rooted in an “all foods fit” approach. This means that I won’t tell you to stop eating your favorite dessert or to restrict certain foods altogether. Each food has a place in a balanced diet, and together we will find a balance that works for you.
I believe in addressing health from a holistic perspective because health is so much more than the food on your plate. It involves daily movement, sleep, social interactions, and positive and negative self-talk. We will take all of these factors into account when creating a plan to help you reach your goals.
